Your next product,built and shipped.

We are a contract engineering studio. You bring the idea and the deadline; we do the design, the build, and the launch and we tell you what it costs before we start, not after.

Fixed scope, fixed price, and a date. In writing, before any code.

Services

What we get hired for.

Most projects start in one lane and quietly need a second, which is the argument for hiring one team rather than three vendors who each blame the others.

01Product

Web and mobile applications

The product your customers log into. We take it from a rough idea through interface design, build, and launch. We are opinionated about scope, because the fastest way to sink a first release is to put everything in it.

  • SaaS products and customer portals
  • Interface and interaction design
  • Next.js / React / TypeScript
  • Launch, hosting, and iteration
02Platform

Backends, APIs, and integrations

The part nobody demos and everything depends on. Accounts, permissions, billing hooks, and the API surface your own team and your partners build against, designed to still make sense in two years.

  • REST and typed API design
  • Auth, tenancy, roles, and billing
  • Third-party and legacy integrations
  • PostgreSQL, Node.js, Python
03Automation & devices

Internal tools and connected products

The unglamorous wins. If someone on your team is retyping numbers between two systems, that is a script. And when a product needs to talk to real hardware, we can build that end too, which most software shops cannot.

  • Workflow automation and data plumbing
  • Operational dashboards and reporting
  • Connected devices and telemetry
  • Scheduled jobs and alerting

How it works

No surprises on the invoice.

The usual way contract work goes wrong is not the engineering. It is finding out what something costs once it is half built.

How we work →
  1. 0160 minutes, free

    Scoping call

We work out what you are building, who it is for, and what a good first release looks like. If we are the wrong shop for it, we say so on this call.

  2. 02Within one week

    Written proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price, named deliverables, and a date. What is explicitly not in the first release gets written down too, which is the part that saves everyone later.

  3. 03Typically 4–12 weeks

    Build in milestones

You get something you can click at the end of every milestone, not a demo at the end of the project. Invoices track milestones, so progress and cost stay tied together.

  4. 04Ongoing, optional

    Launch & handoff

Source, infrastructure, credentials, and documentation are yours on day one. Keep us on retainer for new work, or take it in-house. Both are normal endings.

Have something you want built?

The first call is 60 minutes and free. Bring the problem rather than a spec. Working out what you actually need is part of the job.
